Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShipSealed website and the digital products sold through it. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are. ShipSealed is a brand operated by Mateus Zingano Mendes Eventos, an individual entrepreneur (empresário individual) registered in Brazil under CNPJ 23.878.157/0001-10, located in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil ("we", "us", "ShipSealed"). You can reach us at support@shipsealed.com.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products for software developers: source-code boilerplates, starter kits, developer tools, and UI component libraries for building web applications (primarily with Next.js and Supabase). All products are digital. There are no physical goods.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Orders and payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. When you buy a product, Paddle is the seller of record for that transaction and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. License

On completed payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased source code to build and operate your own applications, including commercial ones.
